Times are set, and can move
Each match carries a start time the organiser proposes and confirms, and can change afterwards — one match at a time.
The organiser adds every player
By name, one at a time. Invite-by-link and public sign-up are not built: there is no participant self-enrolment anywhere in the product yet.
Results are recorded after play
Nothing is captured from gameplay automatically. When a match ends, the organiser records the result — and a dispute goes to adjudication and stays on the record.
The bracket advances itself
Entering the result advances the bracket and recomputes the standings. Nobody re-types a table by hand.
One thing to know
The bracket does not care where you are. The clock does, for now.
Match times are stored precisely, so the data is time-zone correct. The public page, though, currently renders one clock for every visitor — there is no per-viewer conversion yet, so tell your players which time zone the time is in.
Viewer-local times are a small, well-scoped change we have not made yet. It is on the list, and this line changes the day it ships.

Tell us the shape of it — how many players, how often, and where they are — and we will tell you honestly whether the engine fits yet.
Participants register on the public event page once you publish. Prefer a hand-held first night? Email us with the date, format and likely entrant count.
