What is on offer

A competition engine that runs enrolment, fixtures, results, standings and adjudication. Organisers create Events on Competios at `/events/new`; participants register on published event pages. Venue subscriptions and invoices are still agreed with a person — there is no online checkout.

Availability

This is a pilot. There is no uptime commitment, no support-response commitment and no guarantee that any feature described as being in development will ship on a particular date. We will tell you before anything you rely on changes.

Price

Eligible non-commercial Community access is free and founder-assisted onboarding is subject to available places. The commercial Venue policy is €9/month or €99/year for unlimited supported events with up to 100 participants in each event. Accepted one-time events above 100 use the published €99/€199/€399/€599/€999 capacity bands and do not require a Venue subscription. Free participation has no transaction fee. Paid participation is not available today; when it ships, the adopted policy is 5% when Competios handles payment or €1 per paid participant with the organiser’s connected Stripe account, with processor fees separate. Separately requested support or product work receives its own scope. No paid subscription or invoice commitment is accepted until the production dress rehearsal and written-order, legal and support readiness checks pass. There is no online checkout, automatic renewal or usage meter. A payment issue will not stop a competition already under way or remove its public history.

Your content

Entrants, fixtures, results and the competition’s name are yours. A competition’s public page publishes them by design — that is the point of it — so do not put anything into a competition that you would not want on a public link.

Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anybody, or to attack the infrastructure. We may suspend a competition that does, and we will say why.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Sneat Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms will change as the product grows. The date above says when they last did, and material changes are announced to anybody actively running a competition.
